Composite Material of Active Material and Support Material and Manufacturing Method
Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
The invention describes a composite material made by binding an active material with chemical, catalytic, or optical functionality to a solid carrier through a process involving charge separation between the surface and interior of the carrier. The patent also covers a manufacturing process for this composite, where the carrier is precipitated from a solution, inducing charge separation, and then combined with the active material.

Patent Abstract
The invention relates to a composite material comprising a solid support material that is refined by an active material having chemical, catalytic or optical functionality, which is characterized in that the active material is bound to the support material through at least partial charge separation between the surface and volume of the support material. The invention further relates to a method for producing a composite material characterized by the following steps: • a support material is transferred into solution and the charge separation between surface and volume is induced in the solution, whereby the support material precipitates again as a solid precipitate from the solution; • the support material is subsequently added to a solution or suspension containing the active material.
