About

Founded in 2008 as a spin-off from Humboldt University Berlin, Quantiox GmbH specializes in the development of custom semiconductor devices with a strong focus on Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs). The company delivers high-efficiency QCL modules, leveraging a patented QCL active region design, and provides watt-level output power solutions in both pulsed and continuous-wave modes. Quantiox is vertically integrated, handling in-house heterostructure design, epitaxial crystal growth, device fabrication, and testing, enabling fast and cost-efficient delivery of custom QCL solutions. In addition to QCLs, Quantiox offers custom semiconductor epitaxy and consulting services.
