About

CellDEG GmbH specializes in the development of patented High-Density Cultivation (HDC) technology and membrane bioreactor systems, enabling extremely high biomass concentrations and productivity of photoautotrophic organisms such as cyanobacteria and microalgae. Their technology features membrane-mediated CO2 supply, bubble-free gas exchange, and turbulence-inducing orbital shakers to optimize conditions for rapid and reproducible cultivation. CellDEG provides both laboratory-scale and custom reactors, with systems suitable for parallelized research and bioprocess development. Their products enable efficient biomass and natural product generation for applications in biotechnology, research, and potential industrial bio-production.
