Vorrichtung (1) zur Ermittlung eines Drucks, einer Temperatur und/oder einer Teilchendichte eines Gases oder Gasgemisches (G), aufweisend • eine Laservorrichtung (3), die dazu eingerichtet ist einen Laserstrahl (5) abzugeben, • eine Messeinheit (40), die dazu eingerichtet ist, Absorptionswerte eines Gases oder Gasgemisches (G) zu messen, wobei die Laservorrichtung (3) und die Messeinheit (40) derart angeordnet sind, dass der Laserstrahl (5) zumindest einen Teil des Gases oder Gasgemisches (G) durchqueren kann und auf die Messeinheit (40) gerichtet werden kann, so dass die Absorptionswerte des Gases oder Gasgemisches (G) mittels der Messeinheit (40) messbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch • eine Analysevorrichtung (41), die dazu eingerichtet ist, den Druck, die Temperatur und/oder die Teilchendichte des Gases oder Gasgemisches (G) aus den Absorptionswerten abzuleiten.
