About
Nebula Biocides GmbH is a biotechnology start-up founded in 2019 as a spin-off from the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Research and Technology (INP Greifswald). The company specializes in the development of innovative, high-performance chemical disinfection processes and products, notably using the patented Sporosan® process and the novel active substance peroxynitrous acid (ONOOH). Their mission is to protect people and animals from infections, epidemics, and diseases by delivering rapid, broad-spectrum, and residue-free disinfection solutions. Nebula Biocides aligns its operations with rigorous quality and sustainability standards, with a strong commitment to product safety, regulatory compliance (including ISO 13485 and relevant medical product norms), and environmental responsibility. Their solutions aim to address hygiene challenges in healthcare and other demanding environments.
