The invention relates to devices for diagnosing circulatory disorders and developing inflammations in the feet of patients with diabetes with soles for footwear. These are characterized in particular by simple implementation. For this purpose, these soles for or of footwear have at least one signal device (8) and/or at least one external device connectable to the data processing systems and having a data processing device. The soles each comprise per sole - pressure sensors and first temperature sensors arranged and embedded at specific locations for determining the temperature-dependent blood circulation of the area of the respective foot associated with the location, - at least one second temperature sensor (4) for determining the ambient temperatures of the foot in the footwear, - at least either a motion sensor (5) or a tilt switch, - a data processing system (6) interconnected with the pressure sensors, the first temperature sensors, the second temperature sensor (4) and either the motion sensor (5) or the tilt switch, in connection with a transmitter/receiver as a data transmission device, and - an electrical energy source (8) in connection with at least the data processing system (6).
