Patent Abstract
The invention relates to a device (1) for fluorescence measurement with a light transmission unit (2) for exciting biological cell material by means of emitted light signals (12, 17), with a light reception unit (4) having an optical sensor (5) for measuring a fluorescence of the excited biological cell material by means of received light signals (13) and with an optical interface (6) for transmitting the emitted and received light signals (12, 13, 17) between the device (1) and the biological cell material. In order to provide a device with which more precise and flexible fluorescence measurement and evaluation is possible, it is proposed that the device (1) has a splitting device (8) with an optical filter unit (9) for spatial and/or temporal division of the received light signals (13) and/or for division of the received light signals (13) according to different wavelength ranges. The invention further relates to a method and a computer program for fluorescence measurement.
