Patent Abstract
The invention relates to an induction melting device (1) for the inductive melting of metals as well as crucibles with a casting mold (40) and a casting mold casing (41). In order to be able to produce products from melts in a reproducible manner, the invention provides that the induction melting device (1) has an induction coil (3) and a crucible holding device (4) rotatable about a rotation axis (R), wherein a longitudinal axis (L) of the induction coil (3) runs parallel to the rotation axis (R), and that a modular system is provided with which thermally adapted crucibles (11) can be easily produced.
