Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.

This patent describes a process and apparatus for gasifying carbon-containing solid materials using a mixture of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and oxygen as the gasifying agent. The method involves introducing this agent under pressure into the lower section of a rotating reactor, utilizing plasma ignition to enhance the gasification in a fluidized bed. The resulting dust-laden raw gas and ash particles are drawn off from the reactor's underside.

Patent Abstract

A gasifying agent containing a mixture of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and oxygen is introduced under pressure into the lower portion of reactor, through a feed device (4), such that blown gasification of the substances is carried out in the fluidized bed (6). The gasification of substances is carried out along the rotation axis of a reactor shell (3) which rotates by the ignition of plasma such that the dust-laden raw gas and the ash particles are drawn off from the underside of gasification reactor. An independent claim is included for a fluidized bed gasification reactor.
