ERZLABOR
ERZLABOR is a German laboratory offering advanced materials characterization, sample preparation, and consulting for the raw materials and recycling industries.
About
ERZLABOR Advanced Solutions GmbH is a spin-off of the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology, based in Freiberg, Germany. The company specializes in high-quality materials characterization using advanced analytical methods such as MLA (Mineral Liberation Analyzer) and QEMSCAN (Quantitative Evaluation of Minerals by Scanning Electron Microscopy). ERZLABOR offers comprehensive laboratory services including sample preparation, quantitative mineralogical and chemical analysis (XRD/XRF), advanced data interpretation, geometallurgical modeling, and consulting for process optimization. Its solutions are tailored to the needs of industries along the raw materials value chain—from exploration and mining to processing, environmental remediation, re-mining, and recycling (including lithium-ion battery recycling). ERZLABOR operates with a strong scientific foundation and state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure, working closely with research institutes and universities.
