DuCem UG is a spin-off startup from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, focused on the research, development, and commercialization of patented cement-based mix designs engineered for use as thin coatings on a wide range of drywall and insulation panels. Their products enable modular construction and rapid renovation by allowing precise application of durable coatings in a variety of surface finishes. DuCem's mission is to reduce cost and time in both new construction and renovation by providing finish-ready, high-performance panels delivered directly from the plant, eliminating the need for further onsite finishing.
