Patent Abstract

The device has a movable actuating element (11) functionally coupled to a needle connection device (14) and formed at a drive module. A functional element (10) is assigned to the actuating element and formed at a needle module. The actuating element and the functional element are configured to shift the actuating element from a displacement position into another displacement position during coupling of the needle module at the drive module. The needle connection device is brought in to a coupling position in which a needle device is coupled to the needle connection device for operation. An independent claim is also included for a method for coupling a needle module to a drive module of a handheld device.
