Plastic container for waste water treatment in small clarification plant, comprises a modular construction with a base module, two-piece cylinder module and a cover module, and a separation unit connected with the base module
Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
The invention describes a modular plastic container designed for use in small-scale wastewater treatment plants. The container is built from separate modules (base, cylinder, and cover), which can be easily assembled and sealed together. Inside, a separation unit divides the container into various chambers for different stages of wastewater clarification. The use of fiber-reinforced plastic makes the structure strong and lightweight.
Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Domestic or small community wastewater treatment systems
- Temporary or mobile sewage treatment installations
- Upgrade or replacement of existing clarification tanks in small treatment plants
- Industrial effluent clarification on a small scale
- Decentralized or off-grid wastewater management applications
BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Quick and flexible assembly due to modular design
- Lightweight and durable because of fiber-reinforced plastic materials
- Easier transportation and installation, as modules can be handled separately
- Enhanced sealing and leakage prevention through screw, flange, and adhesive connections
- Scalable and customizable for different treatment capacity requirements

Patent Abstract
The plastic container comprises a modular construction with a base module (4), two-piece cylinder module (1) and a cover module (8, 9), and a separation unit connected with the base module, the cylinder module and the cover module. The modules are connected together in sealed manner by nut-and screw plug-in devices and/or flange device. The cylinder module consists of two shell-like cylinder part segments that are connected with one another. The adjoining cylinder part segments are connected from an external side and/or internal side of the cylinder module. The adjoining cylinder part segments overlap itself partially in radial direction of the cylinder module and are connected with one another by a claw connection, a rivet connection or a non-permeable screw connection, whose screws are arranged in mutually adjustable-manner. The base module, the cylinder module and/or the cover module has a partially profiled edge area for forming integral mounting profile. The base module and/or the cover module has a rotating recess and/or a mounting flange projection in order to receive the cylinder module. The base module for the reception of the separation unit comprises two recesses opposite to each other and/or two pairs of parallel mounting flange projections that extend itself in axial direction of the cylinder module on its internal surface between an upper edge and lower edge of the cylinder module. The base module, the cylinder module, the cover module and/or the separation unit partially consist of fiber reinforced plastic. Glass fiber, carbon fiber, bamboo fiber are used as reinforced fiber for the plastic. The separation unit is received partially between two adjoining cylinder part segments in sealing manner. A connection unit is arranged that extends itself through an area of the two adjoining cylinder part segments and also through an area of the separation unit. The separation unit comprises a separation wall made of plastic material that is partially received between two adjoining cylinder part segments. The separation wall is flat and subdivides an interior area of the plastic container into three or four cylinder areas. The part cylinder areas form different clarification chambers that are connected together in pairs for the exchange of untreated, pre-clarified and clarified waste water. A sealing unit is arranged between the components of the separation unit, between cylinder part segments, between the separation wall and the base module, between the separation wall and the cylinder part segment, between the cylinder module and the base module, and/or between the cylinder module and the cover module. The components of the separation unit and/or the cylinder part segments and/or the separation wall and the base module and/or the separation wall and a cylinder part segment and/or the cylinder module and the base module and/or the cylinder module and the cover module are stuck together by an adhesive means, which is formed as sealing device. The base module comprises a mudslide, which has a hollow body or a foam full body. The mudslide is intended between two self-crossing recesses or pairs of parallel mounting flange projections. The mounting flange projection is integrally formed with the base module, the cylinder module, cover module and/or the component of the separation unit. The separation device comprises two separation walls that are sealed and stuck together in its intersection point. The separation unit comprises a node element that is connected with two separation walls. The node element is a separate component that is connected with four separation walls in cross-shaped manner. The cylinder module is formed as half cylinder through its transportability.
