Patent Abstract
The invention relates to axle components consisting of a hybrid material composite in connection with a road vehicle or a mobile work apparatus. The axle components consisting of a hybrid material composite in connection with a road vehicle or a mobile work apparatus are characterized in particular by the fact that critical driving conditions of the road vehicle or the mobile work apparatus can be largely avoided. For this purpose, the material composite is a multilayer composite. In the multilayer composite, at least one thin-film-based sensor with at least one layer that changes at least one electrical property upon deformation is arranged on a carrier for axle load detection by means of a thermal joining process. The sensor is furthermore connected to at least one data processing system in which at least one anti-lock braking system, an electronically controlled driving assistance system, a load determination system, a driving dynamics management system, or a combination thereof is or are integrated.
