The invention relates to a device for generating electrical energy in an energy converter, wherein the device comprises a vibrating mass with oscillating rotational movement connected to a kinetic converter via a rotation axis, and at least one magnet holder spaced apart from the rotation axis with an external magnet, wherein the vibrating mass has a longitudinal axis with a central receptacle of the rotation axis, wherein the vibrating mass is formed in the shape of a first drag wing extending along the longitudinal axis and a second drag wing opposite to the first drag wing, wherein the first and/or second drag wing is couplable with an additional mass and that the first and second drag wings each have at least one internal magnet in an outer edge region, wherein the internal magnets of the drag wings interact repulsively with the external magnets of the magnet holder in an end position of the vibrating mass.
