Measuring Device for Magnetic Properties of Ring-Shaped Material Samples
AISimple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
This invention is a device designed to measure the magnetic properties of ring-shaped samples. The device features a primary winding with a specific construction: it has a base and a detachable cover, both consisting of outwardly extending conductor elements. The two parts connect to form a toroidal cavity, where a secondary winding is positioned around the sample for accurate testing.
Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Quality control and inspection of magnetic materials in manufacturing
- Research and development for new magnetic materials and alloys
- Educational demonstrations of electromagnetic measurement techniques
- Standardized testing in labs for magnetic properties of ring-shaped samples
BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Provides precise and reliable measurement of magnetic properties
- Easy placement and removal of samples due to detachable construction
- Supports consistent and repeatable testing conditions

Patent Abstract
The invention relates to a device for determining magnetic properties of ring samples with an outer primary winding and a secondary winding arranged within the primary winding for receiving a test specimen, characterized in that the primary winding is formed in the shape of a bottom part formed from first conductor pieces extending radially outward and a top part, releasably connected to the bottom part, formed from second conductor pieces extending radially outward, wherein the bottom part and the top part are overlaid and releasably connected to one another and form a toroidal cavity in which the secondary winding is arranged, wherein two adjacent first conductor pieces are contacted by means of a second conductor piece such that the bottom part and top part form a winding.
