Device for determining information about liquid flowing in flow channel, has flow channel and energy transmitter for charging fluid in flow channel with energy to generate gas bubble in liquid
Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
This invention describes a device and method for determining various properties of a liquid flowing through a channel. It works by using an energy transmitter to create a gas bubble in the liquid flow and then analyzes information based on the movement of that bubble, such as its speed, to infer details about the liquid.
Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Monitoring flow rate and quality of liquids in industrial pipelines
- Measuring properties of medical fluids in hospital equipment
- Analyzing water quality in environmental monitoring systems
- Detecting anomalies or blockages in fluid transport systems
- Calibration and maintenance of laboratory fluid measurement apparatus
BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Provides a non-invasive method for measuring liquid properties
- Allows for real-time monitoring and analysis
- Reduces the need for mechanical parts that contact the fluid, decreasing contamination risk
- Can be integrated into automated control systems for process optimization
- Offers improved accuracy through direct measurement of dynamic properties

Patent Abstract
The device has a flow channel (10) and an energy transmitter (14) for charging the fluid in the flow channel with energy to generate a gas bubble (20) in the liquid. A unit is provided for determining information that depends on the speed of the gas bubble in the flow channel. Another unit is provided for determining information about the liquid by the information which depends on the speed of the gas bubble. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for determining information about a liquid flowing in a flow channel; and (2) a program product for controlling information determining method of a liquid flowing in a flow channel.
