Joining Component and Method for Manufacturing a Joining Component
Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
The patent describes a joining component and a method for making such a component, where its joining surface is created by a high-speed shearing process. This eliminates the need for additional mechanical processing steps such as grinding, thereby simplifying the production process and reducing manufacturing costs.
Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Automotive manufacturing for assembling body frames and chassis components
- Machinery production requiring strong connections between metal parts
- Construction industry for joining steel or metal building elements
- Manufacture of household appliances involving metal joints
- Production of industrial equipment and tools with multiple metal parts
BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Significantly reduces manufacturing costs by eliminating post-processing steps
- Increases production efficiency through reduced process time
- Provides reliable and strong joint surfaces suitable for various connection types (form-fit, material-fit, force-fit)
- Decreases energy consumption and labor associated with traditional finishing steps like grinding
- Enables scalable and high-speed mass production of metal joining components

Patent Abstract
