Chemnitz Power Labs GmbH, founded in November 2021 as a spin-off from the Professorship of Power Electronics at Chemnitz University of Technology, specializes in advanced reliability and robustness testing services for power semiconductor devices. The company develops state-of-the-art test systems and measurement/control hardware for evaluating power electronics components, such as Si, SiC, and GaN devices, in a variety of packaging formats. Maintaining close links with academic research, Chemnitz Power Labs offers both standard and customized test methods, contributing to the advancement of modern technologies including electromobility, renewable energy, and automation. Their mission is to make clients' products more robust and reliable through specialized testing, including hardware and software solutions, and to drive innovation in reliability standards.
