Method for Generating Image Data
Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
This patent describes a method for generating image data of a moving object by collecting raw measurement data at multiple time points during different phases of the object's motion. It reconstructs several sets of intermediate images corresponding to these motion phases, and calculates deviations between the motion phases and the reconstructed images to improve the image data's accuracy.
Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Medical imaging (e.g., MRI or CT scans) of organs that move, such as the heart or lungs
- Motion analysis in sports science or biomechanics
- Industrial quality control of moving assembly line products
- Surveillance or tracking systems for moving objects
- Automated imaging in robotics or autonomous vehicles
BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.
- Produces clearer and more accurate images of moving objects
- Reduces motion artifacts in image data, especially helpful in medical diagnostics
- Enables better analysis and monitoring of dynamic processes
- Improves image quality for applications where still images are hard to obtain
- Supports more precise measurements and assessments of objects in motion

Patent Abstract
A method for generating image data (BD) of a moving object (O) is described. Raw data (RD) for a region containing the object (O) is obtained at different measurement points (t0, ..., tk, ...) of different motion phases (Ph0, Ph1, ..., Phn) of the object (O). A plurality of intermediate image data sets (BBD) of the object (O) are reconstituted from the raw data (RD) associated with each of the different motion phases of the object (O). The deviation data (D0, D1, ..., Dj, ..., Dn) between the different motion phases (Ph0, Ph1, ..., Phn) of the object (O) and the intermediate image data sets (BBD) is determined.
