The present invention provides a centrifugal foreign matter removal method based on a rotating body system and a centrifugal force-applied foreign matter removal device. According to the centrifugal foreign matter removal method based on a rotating body system and the centrifugal force-applied foreign matter removal device, in the process of normally performing the main function of driving a rotating body system mounted on a wind power generator, air conditioning equipment, an air compressor, refrigeration/refrigeration equipment, transportation such as vehicles/ships/airplanes, and home appliances/woodworking equipment/horticultural equipment and the like, a centrifugal force is applied to fluids passing through the rotating body system, and foreign matters (fine dust, other solid/liquid particles and the like) in the fluids are removed through centrifugation. Therefore, fine dust removal and air purification can be performed in a residential area, office area, work area, public space area and the like by secondary use of various rotating body-based devices/equipment which are currently installed or scheduled to be installed. In addition, provided is a simplified device configuration which can increase centrifugal efficiency and collection efficiency of the foreign matters in the fluids according to the rotation of a rotor of the rotating body system, and removal of the foreign matters such as fine dust can be performed smoothly and stably without use of consumables such as filters. The centrifugal force-applied foreign matter removal device comprises: a composite pipe rotating body (130); a main centrifugal tube body (300); a plurality of discharge nozzles (400); and a foreign matter collection container (210).
