Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.

The patent describes a specialized dispersion containing indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles, a dispersing agent, a thermoplastic binder, and a solvent. This dispersion is used to create thin, flexible, transparent, and electrically conductive films. These films can be manufactured by applying the dispersion to a base and then drying and detaching the film. The invention is particularly suited for applications requiring transparency and electrical conductivity, such as in optoelectronic and microelectronic devices.

Patent Abstract

Dispersion comprises: (a) 5-60 wt.% of indium tin oxide particles having an average particle diameter of less than 200 nm; (b) 0.1-5 wt.% of alkyloxacarboxylic acid as dispersing agent; (c) 1-20 wt.% of a thermoplastic binder; and (d) 30-90 wt.% solvent, where the sum of the components (a)-(d) is at least 98 wt.%. Independent claims are included for: (1) method for producing a flexible, transparent and electrically conductive film with a thickness of 1-50 mu m applied on a base, comprises applying the dispersion on the base by a film casting process under the formation of a film, drying the film and detaching from the base; and (2) the flexible, transparent and electrically conductive film with a thickness of 1-50 mu m applied on a base, obtained by the method.
