Mund-Nasen-Maske (1), aufweisend- einen ersten Filterstapel (4), der zumindest eine erste Filterschicht (12) gebildet aus Fasern mit einem Durchmesser kleiner 5 Mikrometer aufweist, wobei der erste Filterstapel (4) eine langgestreckte Form aufweist,- einen zweiten und einen dritten Filterstapel (6,8), die hinsichtlich der oder der jeweiligen Filterschicht (12,14) baugleich zu dem ersten Filterstapel (4) sind, wobei der zweite und der dritte Filterstapel (6,8) entlang einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Trennlinie (10) aneinandergelegt die Form des ersten Filterstapels (4) nachbilden,- wenigstens ein Halteband zur Fixierung der Filterstapel (4,6,8) am Kopf, wobei- der zweite und der dritte Filterstapel (6,8) auf den ersten Filterstapel (4) aufgelegt und mit diesem in einem entlang der Form des ersten Filterstapels (4) umlaufenden Randbereich (18) miteinander verbunden sind.
