Patent Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von elektrischen Funktionsstrukturen mit den Schritten:a. Bereitstellen eines Grundkörpers der elektrischen Funktionsstruktur;b. Vorbehandeln mindestens eines Bereiches der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers durch Aufbringen einer Säure;c. Waschen des mindestens eines Bereichs der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers, auf den die Säure gemäß Schritt b. aufgebracht wurde;d. Aufbringen einer elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht auf mindestens den Teil der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers, der gemäß Schritt c. gewaschen wurde mittels Benetzen mit einer Mikropartikel und/oder Nanopartikel enthaltenden Dispersion.
