Simple SummaryContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.

This invention describes a localization method and system for determining the position of at least one object using wave-based signals. The system captures the wave field emitted by the object using one or more receivers with antennas. By processing the received signals and analyzing their spatial and/or temporal distribution, as well as their phase and amplitude characteristics, a neural network is used to accurately determine the object's position.

Use CasesContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.

  • Precise indoor navigation and tracking of assets in warehouses or factories
  • Locating people or objects inside buildings where GPS is not effective
  • Robotic navigation in complex environments
  • Smart home automation that tracks the position of inhabitants or devices
  • Security systems that detect and localize potential intruders
  • Healthcare applications for patient or medical equipment tracking within hospitals

BenefitsContent extracted from patent full text and abstract with AI.

  • Increased localization accuracy, especially in challenging environments where traditional methods struggle
  • Capable of real-time tracking using neural network-based signal analysis
  • Works in environments where GPS signals are weak or unavailable (e.g., indoors)
  • Can track multiple objects simultaneously
  • Reduces hardware complexity by leveraging signal processing and artificial intelligence

Patent Abstract
