Die Erfindung betrifft ein computerimplementiertes Verfahren zum Bewerten von Wälzkörperkäfigtaschen umfassend:- Erhalten eines Eingangsdatensatzes (120) umfassend erste Parameter (S1) zur Definition einer ersten Kurve (K1) in einer ersten Ebene und zweite Parameter (S2) zur Definition einer zweiten Kurve (K2) in einer zweiten Ebene, wobei die zweite Ebene senkrecht zur ersten Ebene angeordnet ist;- Ermittlung von mindestens einer Performanceangabe eines die Wälzkörperkäfigtasche aufweisenden Wälzkörperkäfigs in Abhängigkeit von dem Eingangsdatensatz (120); und- Erzeugen eine Ausgangsdatensatzes (130) in Anhängigkeit von der Performanceangabe, insbesondere aufweisend die Performanceangabe.
