Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung (10) für ein Mobilgerät (12), wie insbesondere ein Mobiltelefon, Tablet und/oder Navigationsgerät. Es weist eine Befestigungseinrichtung (13) zur Befestigung an einem Fahrzeug und eine Geräteaufnahme zur Aufnahme und Halterung des Mobilgeräts (12) auf. Die Geräteaufnahme weist wenigstens ein Halteelement (24) zum Ergreifen beziehungsweise Halten des Mobilgeräts (12) auf. Die Haltevorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geräteaufnahme wenigstens ein Federelement zur klemmenden und federnden Halterung des Mobilgeräts (12) aufweist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Haltevorrichtung (10) für ein Mobilgerät (12).
