This invention provides a method for quality testing materials of coarse-grained soils, especially for sports surfaces. The process involves preparing a smooth, horizontal section of the soil, positioning a special testing cone above it, allowing the cone to drop into the soil, and then measuring how far the cone penetrates using a distance sensor.
This invention describes a device for the automated creation of screw connections using an articulated-arm robot equipped with a specialized screwing unit. The screwing unit can rotate via the robot's end effector and features an internal mechanism for feeding screws, positioning the tool, and automatically applying screws to target objects. It enables both the delivery and securing of screws in an efficient, automated fashion, reducing the need for manual intervention and eliminating the need for a separate, dedicated screwing motor.
This invention relates to a system and method for real-time simulation or emulation of rotating electrical machines (such as motors or generators). Using a computer equipped with memory, the system runs a non-linear, angle-dependent simulation model of the machine, calculating many angle-dependent simulation results for each rotation of the machine.
